Do you take my insurance?

We accept most insurance plans, with the exception of Health Spring and Alliant. Please verify that we are in-network prior to making your appointment

Will you make same-day appointments if I am sick and need to be seen?

Yes. Our practice makes every attempt to see you in a timely manner for your acute care needs.

Does Chattanooga Primary Care take walk-ins? 

We are not a walk-in clinic. Our patients are seen by appointment to insure efficient and timely operation of our practice.

Should I make and appointment for a flu shot, lab work or any other immunization?

Yes. When making your appointment, specify what it's for. This helps us meet your needs more efficiently.

In the case of an illness outside the scope of primary care will you refer me to a specialist?

Yes. We work closely with a variety of specialists to meet all of your patient care needs.
